1. Who controls the data

2. What the app collects

Nothing. The Siren Panel app does not collect, store or transmit personal data.

Specifically, the app:

does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other personal detail;
requires no registration and creates no user accounts;
contains no analytics or statistics frameworks;
shows no advertising and contains no ad networks;
uses no advertising identifiers and no tracking technologies;
requests no access to location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone;
shares no data with third parties, because it collects none.

3. Data stored on your device

The app keeps a tap counter for the modes with a daily limit, along with your chosen settings. This information is stored solely in your device's local storage. It never leaves the device and is not accessible to us or to anyone else.

Deleting the app removes this data with it.

4. In-app purchase

The one-time Unlimited purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is handled entirely on Apple's side. We do not receive or process payment data: card numbers, account details, the payer's name and billing address are never passed to us.

Data processing during the purchase is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

5. The website

The bixl.kz website consists of static pages. It sets no cookies and uses no web analytics, advertising pixels or third-party scripts. There are no data collection forms on the site.

Like any web server, the hosting provider may record technical details of a request (IP address, date and time, browser type) in its service logs. These records are used solely to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to identify visitors.

6. Children

The app is not directed specifically at children, and it collects no data about any user, children included.

7. Your rights

Because we collect no personal data, we hold no information that could be provided, corrected or deleted on request. If you have questions about data handling, write to us and we will reply within two business days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at https://bixl.kz/en/privacy/. When we make changes, we update the effective date at the top of this page.
